Quilt Show
Local quilt artist Ricky Tims, joined with Alex Anderson, are here for a week taping new episodes of The Quilt Show. Forty audience members have reserved passes each day for the online TV show taping. Ricky was recently featured on CBS Sunday Morning show. I still remember the day Ricky and Justin came into my antique shop about 4-5 years ago just as they were planning on moving to La Veta – little did we all realize the impact they would make on our little Southern Colorado town. This is just the type of industry that a small town wants to attract and we are grateful that he has picked La Veta.
