    Hi Jerry,

Is this for real???? What a delightful thought that we may actually have a living mountain again?

    Hey Nancy,
Well, it is FOR REAL that it is Under Contract. We are watching closely with high hopes of a CLOSING next month. In the meantime, hoping to avoid Murphey’s Law. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

No “NEW” news on the sale of the Cuchara Resort. Weekly contacts indicate that Buyers are still working on the approved Plat, surveys and a new Forest Permit. But admittedly, things seem to have slowed down during the Holidays.
